Dried and fresh white& purple garlic (conventional& organic).
Garlic available is either the pure white Egyptian variety characterized of small but many number of cloves and the other is the purple variety with bigger but lesser number of cloves.
Thanks to a good planning of cultivation and production, we are able to deliver garlic of consistent good quality six months per year starting for fresh garlic from January to March while for garlic (dry) from April till June.
Through a highly mechanized packing house for onions and garlic packaging is running in accordance with HACCP standards with all kinds of packages available. Through our specialized production team, garlic is handled with great care during the whole stages of production and export starting from cultivation, drying, post harvest handling, selection, packaging and transport until being received by our customer.
